Research
- RD50 RAdiation SEmiconductoR(RASER) is developed as timing resolution simulation software for silicon and silicon carbide detector, and the software integrated FEniCS module to get electric field distribution and GEANT4 module to get energy deposition of beta source of the detector. Mainly responsible for the construction of the software framework and the simulation of 3D-SiC.
